Energy Bolting at ONS 2026 – Thank You Stavanger

Following four busy days at ONS 2026 in Stavanger, we would like to thank everyone who visited the Nord-Lock Group stand and took the time to meet with our team.

Energy Bolting joined colleagues from across Nord-Lock Group, bringing together a broad range of technologies and expertise for critical bolted joint applications across the oil, gas, offshore and wider energy

The Group’s combined offering includes:

Nord-Lock wedge-locking washers – designed to secure bolted joints against loosening caused by vibration and dynamic loads.
Superbolt mechanical tensioners – providing controlled bolt tensioning without the need for large conventional tightening equipment.
Boltight hydraulic tensioning systems – including solutions for topside, offshore and subsea applications where accurate and repeatable bolt load is critical.
Expander System pivot pins – designed to eliminate lug wear and provide a secure solution for heavily loaded mechanical joints.
Energy Bolting specialist fasteners – precision-manufactured bolting and machined components for demanding applications, including products manufactured in accordance with API 20E and API 20F requirements.

Throughout the exhibition, we had the opportunity to speak with customers, partners and industry professionals about challenges ranging from bolted joint integrity and accurate preload to vibration resistance, maintenance, subsea operations and the manufacture of critical fasteners.

ONS provided an excellent opportunity to demonstrate how the different technologies and capabilities within Nord-Lock Group can work together to support safer, more reliable and more efficient bolted connections.
